    let me tell you something Wichita City Council, if you would STOP these landlords who purchase multiple houses and raising rent to the impossible for many, especially with lay offs, strikes, furloughs, high prices, interest rates, gouging you say isn't going on, your back door buddy system, then if you QUIT skimming from the till to pad your lifestyle, we Wichitans wouldn't be struggling so damn hard.
