Of those, 147 rooms in the AC Hotel will have a modern design. Simon, who created a blueprint for a community where residents could live, work, and play in harmony,” a news release said.Seven Restaurant &amp; Bar will be under the direction of award-winning executive chef Alexis Hernandez. Hernandez has worked as the executive chef at DC’s Dirty Martini, Capitol Hill’s Romeo &amp; Juliet, and Revival Hotel/Topside in Baltimore.
