CONWAY, Ark. – A traffic stop by Arkansas State Police troopers turned into bomb disarmament in Conway on Sunday morning.

Troopers said they arrested 36-year-old Jeremy Lee Henry of Taylor, Michigan, when a search of his SUV turned up an explosive device, assorted illegal narcotics and multiple Social Security and identification cards.
