Russell Wilson is known to be a motivational player and a vocal leader. As a 13-year NFL veteran, his voice has always shined in whatever locker room he's in at the time.
Over Wilson's stints with the Seahawks and Broncos, he used that voice to cater to his home fanbases with unique catchphrases. Wherever he would appear — mostly in social media videos or press conferences — the quarterback would throw out his signature catchphrase before walking away.
However, Wilson signed a one-year deal with the Steelers in the offseason, officially becoming the team's starter in Week 7. He had a catchphrase with each of his last two teams — does he have one for Pittsburgh fans?
Here's a timeline of Wilson's history of unique catchphrases, most of which fans have poked fun at, through the 2024 season.

Russell Wilson catchphrases timeline
Seattle Seahawks (2012-2021)
Wilson spent 10 seasons with the Seahawks, becoming one of their best quarterbacks in franchise history and leading the team to a Super Bowl title in 2014.
Along the way, Wilson had a pretty simple catchphrase for Seahawks fans as he left press conferences: "Go 'Hawks."
There's even a video of every "Go 'Hawks" Wilson said in the 2012 NFL season on YouTube. The phrase was a staple of the quarterback's in-game and press conference interviews over his time in Seattle.
Denver Broncos (2022-2023)
Wilson's catchphrase with the Broncos is probably the most well known of the bunch. The veteran threw out a "Broncos country, let's ride," or even just "Let's ride," pretty often over his two-year stint in Denver.
Because some fans found it corny, it went viral over time, especially considering he'd still say it in tough moments.
Wilson's time with the Broncos didn't exactly go according to plan — which is part of the reason "Let's ride" became a meme over time. Over his two seasons with the team, Denver went just 13-21. Of course, that led to jokes from fans about the "ride" Wilson was referring to.
Wilson had a solid 2023 season, finishing with 26 passing touchdowns against eight interceptions, but the lack of team success and a clear disconnect between Wilson and the Broncos' coaching staff led to his exit.

Pittsburgh Steelers (2024-present)
While his last catchphrase didn't end up working very well, Wilson has had two catchphrases early on since joining the Steelers. After signing with the team in March, he closed out a social media video with a "Here we go."
Fans speculated at the time that "Here we go," which is the name of the legendary Steelers' fight song, would be Wilson's next go-to phrase, but that never stuck. After he was sidelined for a few weeks to begin the 2024 season due to a calf injury, Wilson reportedly has a new catchphrase for Steelers fans.
NBC's Melissa Stark reported during Pittsburgh's Week 5 matchup against the Cowboys that Wilson would be using the phrase "Win the seventh" moving forward.
The "seventh" would refer to the Steelers owning six Super Bowl titles and currently being in pursuit of their seventh. Wilson hasn't yet mentioned his new phrase since taking over as QB1 — and declined to offer it up when interviewed by Stark after Pittsburgh's Week 7 win — but as he looks to lead Pittsburgh to a playoff spot in the AFC, fans could start to hear "Win the seventh" more often.
