    A preliminary report by the New York Attorney General’s office claims Saratoga Springs leaders violated the constitutional rights of Black Lives Matter protesters. On Thursday, BLM activists stood on the front steps of city hall to respond to the alleged violations that occurred during demonstrations following the death of George Floyd in Minnesota. Also, the Albany County Democratic Committee won’t endorse any candidate for the Albany County District Attorney’s seat.     1. Saratoga BLM activists react to AG report

    A preliminary report by the New York Attorney General’s office claims Saratoga Springs leaders violated the constitutional rights of Black Lives Matter protesters.     2. Albany County democrats making no endorsement in DA race

    The Albany County Democratic Committee has decided to not endorse any candidate for the Albany County District Attorney’s seat. The decision was made in a meeting on Wednesday night.

    3. Saratoga County leaders want Philip Schuyler statue from Albany

    Saratoga County has called on the city of Albany to allow them to take possession of the Philip Schuyler statue . Clifton Park Town Supervisor Phil Barrett spoke directly to the Albany Common Council on Thursday asking for the statue.

    4. Local impacts of AT&T outages

    Thousands of AT&T customers lost cell service Thursday after a network outage. AT&T said it restored cell service to all customers but people lost service for much of the day, which caused major disruptions that were felt locally.

    5. Pedestrian in serious condition after Niskayuna crash

    The Niskayuna Police Department announced they are investigating a crash involving a pedestrian that took place on Thursday. The crash occurred around 11:25 a.m. near Bellevue Woman’s Hospital on Troy-Schenectady Road.
