Proof of vaccination is required at the clinic to receive a 3-year certificate, but tags are not a valid form of proof. The animals must be at least 3 months old and the DOH asks that no sick animals are brought to the clinic.

Animals must be properly restrained or they will not be vaccinated. Cats and ferrets should be brought in a carrier or well-sealed, sturdy container.
