Saratoga Lake restaurant debuts new name, menu

SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. ( NEWS10 ) — In 2023, Druthers Brewing Company took over 550 Waterfront on Saratoga Lake. At that time, the name was changed to 550 Waterfront by Druthers and it was announced that the restaurant was staying open all year round.

Now, after about a two-week closure, Druthers has changed the name of the restaurant to Lago by Druthers. During that time, a mural was painted around the interior of the space.

“We have transformed the space, concept and menu– creating a true lakeside, family-friendly, and approachable vibe for all,” wrote Druthers about the Saratoga Lake location on Facebook .

The menu for Lago by Druthers varies from the other Druthers’ locations. The new menu features a variety of salads, focaccia sandwiches, pizza, wings, and more. You can view the menu on the Druthers website .

Druthers Brewing Company has four other Druthers-branded locations in the Capital Region: Albany, Schenectady, Saratoga Springs, and Clifton Park. The Schenectady location is currently closed for renovations, but is scheduled to reopen soon.

Lago by Druthers is open 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday. The restaurant is located at 550 Union Avenue in Saratoga Springs.
