Both students said they were excited to attend, and Cooper said she’s dreamed of attending the school since she was young. The classmates are currently in Chef Paul Rother’s Culinary Arts and Hospitality program at the Albany campus of the Career and Technical Education Center.

Chef Paul Roth said it is rare to see two students attend the Culinary Institute of America together. “These two are good students and are dedicated to wanting to do their best,” he said.
