    Off the Beaten Path: I Love Rosa

    I Love Rosa is located at 90 Broad Street in Waterford. The restaurant is open seven days a week. From guacamole to tacos, check out what the restaurant is serving up on their menu .

    Red Lobster is closing dozens of restaurants and auctioning off equipment

    Red Lobster is reportedly shuttering at least 48 of its locations, and a restaurant supply liquidator is auctioning off kitchen equipment from the impacted eateries this week.

    New Scotland Spirits’ Albany tasting room to open in June

    New Scotland Spirits has been working on opening its tasting room in Albany for around a year now. After some postponements, owner Jesse Sommer said the tasting room is now set to open on Friday, June 21.

    Mexican restaurant sets opening date in Burnt Hills

    El Patron II is soon set to open its doors in Burnt Hills. The restaurant is scheduled to open in the former Sam’s Chinese Restaurant space on Friday, May 17.

    ‘Pretty Alright’ cafe opening up in Voorheesville

    Real estate developers buy former Cobleskill Pizza Hut

    The Pizza Hut location at 109 Barnerville Road in Cobleskill closed its doors in June 2023 . The site then went up for auction and was recently bought by Double Diamond Companies in partnership with The Mohawk Companies.

    Winemaker opening tasting room in Hudson

    Neverstill Wines , a Finger Lakes-based wine company, is opening up a tasting room in Hudson. The tasting room will be located at 739 Warren Street.

    Nonna Maria’s in Halfmoon sold, closes for good

    Nonna Maria’s Italian Kitchen, located at 1505 Route 9 in Halfmoon, has permanently closed as the restaurant has been sold. The restaurant first went up for sale in August as owner Gerry Cunsolo had been looking to retire.

    New ice cream shop opens in Schoharie

    Savage Scoops Ice Cream Shop is having its official grand opening on Friday at noon. The ice cream shop had its soft opening last weekend.
