Hospitality, tourism and retail employees throughout Warren County are invited to attend the third annual event. The county started this celebration two years ago to show appreciation and has welcomed over 400 workers since.

“We’re grateful to Six Flags for the continued partnership in celebrating our local workforce,” Liza Ochsendorf, director of Warren County department of workforce development, said. “We know that the best way to retain quality employees is to make sure they feel recognized, appreciated, and valued for their efforts and skills.”

In addition to a free night at the park, employees can be nominated for awards that will be given out at the celebration. Proceeds from bringing one guest for a $5 entry fee for each employee, will also be given away to a local charity. This year all proceeds will be going to Family Service Association of Glens Falls, which provides services and support to local families in crisis.

Six Flags Great Escape is proud to partner with Warren County for the third year, Park President Rebecca Wood said. They encourage all those in the workforce to attend.

Advance registration is required for the Summer Workforce Celebration. Registrants can fill out a form identifying what business they work for or operate.
