    Albany man arrested after traffic stop uncovers $10,000 cash and drugs

    EAST GREENBUSH, N.Y. ( NEWS10 ) — A traffic stop in East Greenbush uncovered over $10,000 cash, 193 grams of crack cocaine, and more, which led to the arrest of an Albany man. Stacey Arrington, 33, faces multiple charges.

    East Greenbush Police say this arrest came in light of a lengthy drug sale investigation at a local motel. Police say the traffic stop yielded 193 grams of crack cocaine, 2 grams of crystal meth, 8 MDMA pills, and over $10,000 cash.

    Charges:

    • Second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance
    • Third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell
    • Seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance
