“The Roglieri Collection” prepares for auction

SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. ( NEWS10 ) -After filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, the estate of Kris Roglieri will be auctioned off. The Saratoga Automobile Museum will be handling five of his cars with an estimated value of $1.5 million.

Three Mercedes-Benz vehicles are parked outside the museum: a 2005 AMG CL65, a 2019 G63 AMG, and the attention-grabbing 2021 AMG GT Black Series. The 2021 has a satin, black wrap with orange details; modified by RENNtech with 1,066 horsepower. Inside the museum sits the impressive 2014 Novitec Ferrari F12 N-Largo. It’s one of only eleven in the world.

“The Roglieri Collection” will be available at the 8th Annual Motorcar Auction as part of the $10 million inventory outside Saratoga Casino Hotel. Described as the biggest fundraiser for the museum, Executive Director Megan Hennessey says this will also be their first time dealing with a bankruptcy case. “The moneys will be paid back to debtors and then the museum retains 10% of the proceeds.”
