Troy man facing rape charge

GLENMONT, N.Y. ( NEWS10 ) — A Troy man was arrested in connection to a rape investigation. Bethlehem police said Demetrius Fair was taken into custody on August 12 after a report was made at the Job Corps Career Training Center in Glenmont.

The 23-year old was charged with rape in the first degree. He was arraigned and released to the supervision of the Albany County probation department on electronic monitoring.

He’s due back in court in September.
