ALBANY, N.Y. ( NEWS10 ) — The weekend is almost here! From fairs to the Capital District Scottish Games to the last weekend of racing at Saratoga Race Course for the 2024 season, there are quite a few things happening on August 30, August 31, and September 1.

• Fonda Fair , Fonda Fairgrounds in Fonda, 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.
• Racing at the Saratoga Race Course

• Cricket Championships, NY Ovals Cricket Facility in Glenville, all day. Free for spectators.
