    ALBANY, N.Y. ( NEWS10 ) — Happy Friday! According to Meteorologist Kevin Appleby , it looks like a near-perfect day with sun and comfortable temperatures. A cold front brings rain tomorrow afternoon, and much cooler, breezy conditions for the rest of the weekend.

    Today’s five things to know features a burglary investigation at a Troy art gallery, an arrest made in an Albany stabbing, and three people have died at an Albany assisted living center from a Legionella outbreak.

    1. Burglary investigation underway at Troy art gallery

    The Martinez Gallery in the historical home district of Troy on 5th Avenue fell victim to an art heist. Nearly $6,000 in art was lifted.

    2. Albany police make arrest in South Pearl Street stabbing

    An Albany man has been arrested after a stabbing. The incident took place around 10:40 a.m. in the area of the City Mission on South Pearl Street.

    3. 3 dead, 20 hospitalized after Legionella outbreak at Albany senior center

    A third person has died and 20 more people have been hospitalized this past week after a Legionella outbreak at the Peregrine Shaker Senior Living Community in Albany. The center confirmed 10 positive cases of Legionnaires disease on Thursday.

    4. Saratoga Springs man sentenced for murder of former partner

    The Saratoga County District Attorney’s Office announced that Sebastian Mabb, 31, of Saratoga Springs, was sentenced before Judge James Murphy III on Thursday to 23 years to life in prison. Mabb pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in June.

    5. Cobleskill police shortfall persists amid ambulance-jacking

    Bob Bradt told NEWS10 exclusively he almost had his car stolen by alleged ambulance hijacker Adam Cole. Bradt said that upon calling 911, no police responded.
