    Galway man pleads guilty to rape

    SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. ( NEWS10 )– On Thursday, a Galway man pleaded guilty to charges related to a sexual assault of a minor from 2022. Jayden Buckmaster, 20, pleaded guilty to rape in the first degree, a violent class B felony.

    In October 2022, Buckmaster was arrested for allegedly having sexual intercourse with an 11-year-old child. At the time of his arrest, he faced multiple charges.

    Charges:

    • Rape in the First Degree
    • Possessing a sexual performance by a child
    Man accused of stealing ATV from Westerlo garage

    At the time of his arrest, he was arraigned in the Town of Greenfield Court and was remanded to the Saratoga County Correctional Facility. Buckmaster is scheduled to be sentenced on Nov. 11, at 9:30 a.m.

    In New York, class B felonies are punishable by up to 25 years in jail and a fine of up to $5,000. Additionally, a conviction for Rape in the First Degree will require the defendant to register as a sex offender.

    Sounds like most of the politics charges but he will get a slap on the wrist and probation like the rest and the guy defending his family will get life shitty world I tell ya
