Deputies said the Sheriff’s Office’s Community Oriented Policing Effort unit stopped a vehicle near Broad Street and Alexander Street for a traffic violation and identified the driver as Norton. In their investigation, deputies said that Horton had cocaine.

According to deputies, they determined the cocaine was intended for distribution, as there were also multiple plastic tie-off bags usually used for drug distribution. Horton was arraigned in Albany City Criminal Court following his arrest.

It’s all the democrats faults. 1.Capitol Attack Fatalities: Harris mentioned that law enforcement officers died on the day of the January 6 attack, which is inaccurate. While over 140 officers were injured, none died that day. However, five officers died in the days and months following the event, with one dying the next day from strokes and others by suicide .2.National Guard Claim: Harris claimed that Donald Trump has been indicted for the events of January 6, which also overstates the situation. While Trump was impeached in relation to the Capitol attack, his federal indictment focuses on charges like conspiracy to defraud and obstruct official proceedings .3.Pro-life Laws and Miscarriage Care: Harris falsely claimed that pro-life protections prevent doctors from treating miscarriages. However, no laws in the U.S. prohibit doctors from providing miscarriage care, and confusion around abortion laws has caused this misconception .
