    ALBANY, N.Y. ( NEWS10 ) — Happy Friday the 13! Meteorologist Matt Mackie says to watch out for fog this morning but that it will clear up by 10 a.m. at the latest and temperatures will hit the 80s today.

    Threats of violence continue at the Bethlehem Central School District. Also, the Hoosick Falls Police Department says a young child was attacked by several Rottweilers inside the child’s home on Wednesday. These stories, and more, are in your five things to know this Friday.

    1. Threats of violence continue against Bethlehem schools

    Two more threats of violence have been made against the Bethlehem Central School District. This now means five threats have been called in since Tuesday night.

    2. Hoosick Falls 2-year-old mauled by Rottweilers

    Hoosick Falls Police Department says a young child was attacked and mauled by several dogs inside the child’s home. The officer in charge, Sergeant John Hudson, said a 2-year-old child was attacked by dogs around 10:30, Wednesday morning.

    3. Fatal Schenectady motorcycle crash under investigation

    A motorcyclist has died after a crash in Schenectady. The crash took place around 6:30 p.m. Thursday in the area of Brandywine Avenue and Stanford Street.

    4. STAR benefits: Credits, exemptions, rebates, and deadlines for school tax relief in New York

    New York homeowners can save on property taxes through the School Tax Relief ( STAR ) program, which can be worth hundreds of dollars. Those who are enrolled are receiving payments now or should receive them by year’s end.

    5. Altamont Fair presents Harvest and Wine Festival

    The Altamont Fair presents the all-new Harvest and Wine Festival at the Altamont Fairgrounds. The festival will run on September 21 and 22.
