According to law enforcement, the teen did not attend Queensbury High School. They were arrested at their home and then issued an appearance ticket to return to Saratoga County Family Court before being released to their guardian.

The Queensbury School District responded to the situation with a statement saying, “The State Police in collaboration with the FBI worked on this until late Sunday night. Police have assured the district there is no reason to be concerned for the safety of the students. We appreciate our partnership with the State Police, FBI, and the Warren County Sheriff’s Department. The safety of our students is imperative. As always, if you see something, say something.”
