NYSP warns drivers of increased traffic near SPAC for Post Malone show

SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. ( NEWS10 )– State Police are alerting drivers to be alert and drive with caution near the Saratoga Performing Arts Center on Monday night. The increase in congested traffic is due to the Post Malone concert slotted to begin at 8 p.m.

State Troopers said concert-goers should expect heavy traffic at the intersection of Avenue of the Pines, Route 50, and Geyser Road. Troopers also said it’s best to arrive from the south, carpool if possible, and arrive early.

Traffic closures

• Southbound Route 50 left turn to eastbound Avenue of the Pines will be closed from 3 to 9 p.m.
• Eastbound Avenue of the Pines from Route 50 will be closed at the show’s end.
• Eastbound East West Road from Route 50 will be closed at the show’s end.
