SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. ( NEWS10 ) — The Saratoga County District Attorney’s Office announced that Ronald Rayher, 70, of Milton, was indicted on Thursday by the county grand jury in connection to the death of Thomas Krider. Rayher was arrested by Saratoga County deputies back in May.

Rayher is accused of recklessly causing Krider’s death and concealing evidence of the incident between April 5 and April 9. Krider, who was also known as T.J. Greene, was reported missing from Ticonderoga on April 6. The investigation by the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office into Krider’s death determined that he and Rahyer were familiar with one another.

“They have known each other for over 10 years, and had been acquainted in a close relationship during that time,” Saratoga County Undersheriff Jeff Brown stated back in April. “The victim was picked up by the defendant in Ticonderoga and brought to this area, in Saratoga County, and they ended up at the suspect’s home.”
