    Deputies: 3 arrested for gun charges in Albany

    ALBANY, N.Y. ( NEWS10 ) — The Albany County Sheriff’s Office reported the arrest of a Rensselaer man and two Albany residents on Thursday. All three face multiple charges.

    Charges

    Daniel Marshall, 59

    • Second-degree criminal possession of a weapon
    • Third-degree criminal possession of a weapon
    • Traffic violations

    Jada Angel, 18

    • Second-degree criminal possession of a weapon
    • Third-degree criminal possession of a weapon
    • Seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance
    • Second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia
    • Traffic violation

    Yasiere McCall, 21

    • Second-degree criminal possession of a weapon
    • Third-degree criminal possession of a weapon
    • Traffic violation
    Bennington PD arrest 8 in connection to drug investigation

    According to the sheriff’s office, deputies conducted a traffic stop near Lexington Avenue and Clinton Avenue in Albany at about 10:50 a.m. on Thursday when it was revealed that all three people in the car allegedly had a loaded gun with a high-capacity magazine. Angel also allegedly had cocaine and a digital scale.

    Deputies say that Marshall, Angel, and McCall had no right to have a gun and they were all arrested. All three were arraigned on Thursday.
