    The Glenville Bridge was struck twice on Tuesday. Also, Albany Med Health System is seeking legal action against CDPHP. These stories, and more, are in your five things to know this Wednesday.

    1. Glenville Bridge struck again

    The Glenville police chief said the Glenville Bridge was struck twice on Tuesday. The second hit closed the bridge for over an hour, police said.

    2. Albany Med seeking legal action against CDPHP for breaches

    Albany Med Health System has filed legal action against the Capital Region Physicians Health Plan, Inc. (CDPHP) for refusing to give the hospital roughly $27 million for provided care. Hospital officials said the insurance company allegedly defrauded 16,225 claims since Aug. 8, and approximately $8 million of additional obligations have been held from the hospital since January.

    3. Menands holds off on plan to change addresses

    Leaders in Menands are holding off on a plan to change house numbers on Glenwood Road . The village sent a letter to homeowners in September that said the house numbers do not match the number in county tax records.

    4. TGI Fridays in Clifton Park permanently closes

    TGI Fridays, located at 1 Southside Drive in Clifton Park, has permanently closed its doors. The closure was confirmed to NEWS10 by an employee at the restaurant.

    5. Biden announces new goal for replacing lead pipes

    There’s a new timeline for cities to replace their lead pipes. President Joe Biden announced Tuesday he is setting a ten-year goal for cities to get this done.
