will be possible to see tonight with Partly cloudy skies

Find a dark location with a northern view.

As is always the case-it will look much better through the cameras in your phones as it brings more light in.

My I-Phone has a 3 sec exposure for night pics-Makes a huge difference.

You may see it with the naked eye-but it will be even brighter on your phones.

Pockets of really nice colors-other spots-colors are more muted with an early leaf drop (like at my house)

The Next 48 Hours….

A Chilly night-scattered frost possible.then milder weather for the next two days before it turns cooler again.

Sunday is looking wet right now.

7 and 10 Day Forecast:

We have a push of milder temps the next two days after the chilly weather tonight (Don’t forget-good chance to see the Northern Lights tonight)

Expect dry weather into Saturday-then much cooler with Showers Sunday into Monday-Cool for next week but it may warm up by next weekend.

An Update on the Swarm of tornadoes the formed ahead of Milton in Florida.

This was widespread with VERY large twisters especially along the East Coast.

At last check there may have been as many as 45 tornadoes that formed.

Also a swath of heavy rain along the hurricane’s track. As much as 10-18″ of rain fell in a narrow band.
