DA: Whitehall man pleads guilty to assault

FORD EDWARD, N.Y. ( NEWS10 ) — According to the Washington County District Attorney’s Office, a Whitehall man pleaded guilty to second-degree assault on Friday. Dylan Scoville is anticipated to face five years in prison with five years of post-release supervision when sentenced on November 15.

State Police say that Scoville, along with Jessica Cleavland and a 17-year-old, violently assaulted a victim in their home. The three suspects allegedly forced their way into the victim’s home before assaulting them and leaving the scene.
