Through Heshmat’s guilty plea, he admitted to killing Justin Bishop, 48, in January after police found him stabbed to death in his Rose Court home. Heshmat’s guilty plea also satisfied five counts of tampering with physical evidence and one count of concealing a human corpse.

Police said Heshmat and Bishop were living together when Heshmat killed Bishop. Heshmat was also accused of giving police a false statement about the victim.
