This a great. Many people don’t like change so they fight against it. Columbia is so far behind as a city and it is trying to change that. I applaud Columbia for growth and development. Let’s continue to grow.

That area was not built in for a reason, but now that the rest of Richland has declined to match it, might as well build. On a side note, I think a lagoon is a bit much, and a hotel wouldn't do any good in an area where people are scared to leave their cars. Spend the money on putting the Sheriff's headquarters there and you may get people to buy.
