Loggers drop second straight game as they head into the NWL All-Star break

The La Crosse Loggers hosted the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters for a Northwoods League Baseball match up.

The Rafters got the scoring started in the first inning with a solo home run to take a 1-0 lead.

They would continue to add to their lead eventually getting the win 14-2.

This marks the 4th loss in the Loggers last 5 games. They will head into the All-Star break with a 6-13 record in the second half.

The Loggers will return to action on Thursday, July 25th when they host the Fond du Lac Dock Spiders.

The Northwoods League All-Star game will be played in Mankato on Tuesday, July 23rd.
