    Arcadia 16-year-old dies in Buffalo County crash

    Sixteen-year-old dead in single vehicle crash

    TOWN OF GLENCOE, Wis. (WKBT) -- A 16-year-old boy from Arcadia is dead following a crash in Buffalo County Thursday.

    According to the sheriff's office, they received an iPhone crash notification at 3:21 p.m.

    The crash happened on Boland Valley Road in the Township of Glencoe. Investigators said the driver entered a ditch and lost control, hitting a drainage culvert before striking the wall of a nearby bridge.

    Responders found the driver deceased. Speed was a factor in the crash. He was not wearing a seat belt at the time, according to investigators.

    The crash is still under investigation.
