    Culvert replacement to close portion of Winona County Road 17 for four weeks

    WINONA COUNTY, Minn. (WKBT) -- Culvert replacement will close down a Winona County Road for about 4 weeks.

    The Winona County Highway Department says County Road 17 will close from approximately a mile north of Witoka to Meadowbrook Lane.

    The project starts on August 22. Local traffic will be allowed for homes and businesses.

    Specific detours will not be posted, the highway department said.
