    Chippewa Falls man pleads not guilty after $150,000 worth of cocaine delivered to his home

    Man pleads guilty to possessing 5 kg of cocaine

    CHIPPEWA FALLS, Wis. (WKBT) -- The Chippewa Falls man accused of attempting to have 11 pounds of cocaine delivered to his home pleaded not guilty on Wednesday.

    57-year-old Sean Benzine faces several charges, including possession with intent to distribute cocaine.

    Police conducted a controlled delivery of a package addressed to Benzine after it was flagged by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport Police Department. He was arrested after retrieving the package from his front step, which included cocaine worth an estimated $150,000 to $250,000.

    Benzine’s next court appearance is set for Oct. 9.
