Festivalgoers celebrate holiday weekend at Kendall Fest

KENDALL, Wis. (WKBT) -- The lakes, beaches and rivers weren't the only busy places over the holiday weekend. Folks are cheering on farmers at a Monroe County festival.

Saturday was the second day of Kendall Fest, an annual celebration hosted by the Community Club of Kendall.

Every year, people head to Glenwood Park to see their favorite farmers participate in a tractor pull.

"Seeing all the people come together actually does pull the community together. That's probably got to be our main focus, bringing the community together for a weekend," Community Club of Kendall President Lucas Bender said.

The festival ends on Sunday with a Labor Day parade.
