The Charmant Hotel awarded Michelin Key

LA CROSSE (WKBT) -- The Michelin Guide awarded the Charmant with one of its prestigious Michelin Keys, making it one of only 300 hotels in the U.S. to earn the honor.

Hotels selected must excel in design, service, personality, value, and guest experience.

The hotel's General Manager says the accommodating staff is what really separates the Charmant from the average hotel.

"It's just the team members, just everything that they do every day I think really resonates with our guests coming in and I think that's what makes, above all else, the Charmant a special place and probably why we received an award like that," said the Charmant's general manager Kaylynn Krueger.

The Charmant is the second hotel in the badger state to earn a Michelin key, joining Hotel Goodwin in Beloit.

There are now over 5,000 key-bearing hotels across 7 different countries.
