    Stoughton police search for man who took 11-month-old from mother; mother and child found safe

    In an update Friday, police said Brianne and Kal-El Harris were found safe.


    STOUGHTON, Wis. -- Stoughton police are searching for a man who they said took an 11-month-old child from his mother early Friday. The mother is also missing.

    Police said 36-year-old Isiah Harris forcibly took 11-month-old Kal-El Harris from the 600 block of 8th Street just after 3 a.m. Friday. The child's mother, 36-year-old Brianne, tried to intervene and has not been seen since.

    Isiah Harris was last seen wearing black clothes including a black jacket. He has tattoos of "Live, Life, EST" and a skull on his lower right arm. He is a black man, about 5'9" tall and 200 lbs. He has brown eyes and black hair.

    Kal-El is black, 2'5" tall. weighing 20 lbs. with brown eyes and black hair.

    Brianne is black and it is not known what she was last seen wearing.
