This judge isn't the only one who has ever had this so called rare form of dementia. Many people have had it and the ones who have done things against the law went to jail for it why should this Judge be any different he shot up cars in one state and his brother in laws home in another. This means he's a traveling offender with the intent to harm others or else he wouldn't have shot up anyone's home. Acting the way he is someone should also think about the fact he can't make proper decisions and no longer needs to be Judge as well as needs around the clock care and support as well as supervision.
