Thank you Fred Brown and Chuck Ellinger for trying to protect owner’s property rights. There is nothing fair about forcing landlords to accept tenants that destroy property or be labeled as discriminatory. I may be wrong but I wonder if the city got out of the public housing business due to the inability to keep the properties repaired. It remains to be seen if the state passes overriding legislation to prohibit forced rental to publicly subsidized tenants.

yeah if their income is from drugs or crime, you still have to rent to them.
