If this is going to succeed to any degree there needs be be more officers patrolling the street , cameras etc. Being close enough to the freeway is a plus because there are a lot of people who commute because the Bay Area is too expensive. There are several newer restaurants that offer different things that people aren’t aware of. Monthly comedy shows, karaoke, etc. Hopefully this is another positive thing.

This was Tubbs dream but at Swenson on Ben Holt ..that would have been nice...folks didn't want it there .I don't believe the Marina is a good choice. Crime will increase...
