my sister lives two houses away from there and Mr Tom is a very nice guy he has restored that home to beautiful perfect historic condition and it's a damn shame there are law enforcement and City officials are allowing this neighborhood to be destroyed by vagrants and homeless let's try to put a helping hand out there to these people to get them out of the neighborhood and off the streets

But the city sure likes to raise property tax ever year and yes the south part of the city is a slum.
