this is ridiculous that our government will not step in and help with the funding of emergency medical services....I'm tired of this shit in Arkansas and I'm tired of it across the United States of America.... craighead county is covering up all their financial issues but continue to arrest it's citizens for non violent crimes such as fines no insurance and petty drug offenses...this is why I study constitutional law ...smh
