Both apartments are shitty to live in! I witnessed a lot of things first hand. I was a private security officer for 6 years, and at one of the two companies I worked for, I was posted at both places. Tree Lane was one of the places I dreaded the most. Some residents are disrespectful, and for starters, you ask them too many things, and they get angry at you, especially if you are new to the site. A bunch of petty fights go on between some of the Residents have family members that are banned from the property that will come in, and if you ID them, you catch an attitude when all you are doing is trying to keep everyone safe! Firearms are prohibited, but people have them anyway. 🙄 Not all residents are bad, though, just a handful. the other place was decent less drama, but you have Narcan on site. a lot of veterans who live there.
