when you think it can't get any worse with the previous reports. Here we see scores of 70s. holy cow I'm glad I don't eat out a lot. I have inside knowledge, and I know places dont care until 2 weeks before their inspection date the previous year. The visits are random to a small point. you know within a few weeks when an inspector will arrive. we need real random visits. Hire more inspectors and just let them go and stop where their hearts desire. along with the normal yearly inspections these reports are about.
