It should only be the convictions that are made public imo. An arrest doesn’t mean the person is guilty and these fb posts make it hard for the person to get an unbiased jury. I realize they are a matter of public record but there’s no reason to have them tried on fb before the people actually go to court.

You know, I've been arrested.I've gone to jail. The thing is those were my faults.I made those choices to make mistakes. So in my name was in the newspaper.Sure my kids had to pay for it. But guess what if you don't want that stuff to trickle down?Stay the hell out of trouble. And yes, there is times we may smoke.Or drink a little and think we're okay but we're still breaking the law
