Allowing people with 0 training to give narcan is going to kill people. This is because if the person a student gives narcan to is allergic You, Will, Kill, Them. So, Yes Ms. Idiot Ramsey, Giving narcan to someone is very risky if you do not know what you are doing. Not to mention that the patient being given Narcan wants the high and is going to fight the one who gave Narcan. While I am all for help those who overdose, if you are going to allow this, then the students Must be trained on the porper way to administer it and what sigms to look for if their is an allergic reaction. Also, Durango should tell their liars, I mean lawyers, to pound sand. The Good Samartan Act protects even students giving Narcan, if they were acting in good faith to save a life.
