affordable housing brings ppl that the owners don't want living in themIt's a simple plan. They want to spruce up Atlanta by getting new houses and making sure that the low middle in one can't afford so they'll move away.

Umm. How about helping people get jobs that provide them with the money they need for these houses! You can build all the houses you want but if you don’t have people to buy them… oh well. People need money to buy them. People get money from jobs duh! Help provide us with jobs first.
