This will not prevent the disaster created by allowing all of these illegal immigrants into this region.odt are adults, and all will drive vehicles! When our officials fought eminent domain on the SR-99 corridor, they left Live Oak abd Gridley, in the stone age. They opted for a, "glorified two lane road, " instead of switching to four lanes! We were also smitten when Sears jumped the gun and built in Yuba City. THAT is why there is only one subway/ over pass at Queens Ave. when every cross road was suppose to have one. The state as a direct result of the Sears investors actions withdrew all funding for the completion of the project. Greed! Those families that got rich, have no idea the punishment awaiting them. You do not get away with trying to socially reengineering people either! That is what this commuter crap is.
