    As long as certain individuals dictate to others what to do and when to do it nothing will change. The citizens are unaware of the decisions being made and how it will affect them especially the extravagant $15 million dollar ball park. It’s ludicrous! How can anyone who is on 5 or more boards do a good job on any of them? It’s sad certain ones what to hold all the positions. This is one reason nothing changes. They are not productive, or forward thinking!

    Clearly Luverne fails at keeping up the appearance of the town, who will maintain this $15 million dollar project? The Economic Development Board had a grand idea about trees being planted downtown.. they let the majority of those die from lack of being responsible and accountable. It will be interesting to see this magnificent project in a few years. It’s a sad state of affairs.
