My parents live in South Dayton... the water has always been terrible. It's always easy to blame COVID but they were literally just working on the water lines last year. Why wasn't the issue fixed then? it's only gotten worse. This isn't even the first time water lines have been worked on. New water tank for the village, there's still issues. Water main got a hole in it, fixed it, still issues. Make it make sense. People aren't going to drink from a mud puddle! No one should pay for a service they can't even use! If I still lived there the town would pay me back for all the stuff that water ruined and the water bills I paid during this whole mess. I'd also ask where my tax money is going because it sure isn't going towards anything to improve the town. The roads are crap, the side street sidewalks are crap and the water is crap.

They always have an excuse! You can’t drink the water here. I ran out of bottled water and had to give my dog water from the tap. The poor baby drank it then puked it right back up. And our water bills are outrageous!
