" Keep our town clean and beautiful" ? It will take more than a few trash cans to clean up the town . Riding "uptown" on Main St.some buildings looks like they been bombed by Russia. Along Hwy 1 the old "Longview Apartments" have been unlivable since Ida,but they are owned by a lawyer from Houma so we know nothing will be done .You can take pictures of First and Second street and send it to Fox 8 and they could pass them off as pictures from Ukraine. A few garbage cans isn't going to make Lockport look good,maybe about 25 huge dumpsters could put a dent in the storm damaged areas still in the town of Lockport
