Our RV park was hit hard at 4am Friday am. We are just north of 9 1/2 road between P’cola Blvd and Old N Palafox Street. Huge Oaks were uprooted and toppled. One was twisted in half. In a matter of minutes (about 5) major damage occurred. RVs shook viciously as slideouts were pushed violently back into camper causing water and leaves to spew into camper and shatter adjacent window. Massive Oak fell on roof of owner’s double wide. Power pole snapped in half creating a web of downed lines across a flooded road. Power was out and we had no warning. Truly a nightmare experience!!
