Arkansas is not proactive about semi truck safety. As soon as AHP pulls out semi trucks get on their CBs and report that you can bring out the must dangerous of semi trucks, speed, etc. Arkansas is number four in the country for semi truck fatalities. Arkansas is more about commerce than public safety.
